If you receive a wrong or defective item,
we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a refund after
you have returned the product (Shipping & Handling is not
refundable). We will not accept other merchandise returns.
Wrong or defective item must be returned no later than 7 days after
you receive them. All we request is that you email us upon receipt
of defective goods and request a RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization Number) and to clearly mark the RMA number on the
outside of the returned item. Failing to have the RMA number can
result in delay in exchanging your defective product or issuing a
No Refunds or Returns on
books and/or Video Tapes or products.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping back the unwanted item at the
buyers expense. The item must be returned in the condition it was
received and in its original packaging. If the product is not
returned in like new condition or without the original packaging,
there will be a minimum restocking fee of 25% (shipping charges not
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER
CLEARLY MARKED ON PACKAGING.
